Base station controller provides for dual distribution links with automatic fail-over. Unit can be configured with a PSTN, GPRS or 3G modem to provide high availability backup for the primary distribution links.

Fast

Infostream's Cypher system uses sophisticated on-the-fly encoding techniques with multiple priority levels. On-the-fly encoding means that messages are encoded to air according to their priority level a quickly as possible – even within a batch in progress providing minimum time-to-air for critical response time applications.

Integrated

The unit is supplied with an integrated GPS receiver, avoiding the need for supplementary GPS systems.
